Its a tough job but somebody has to do it - gathering and collating visitor information for a conference or taking payment and sending tickets is time consuming.
Pen Events webevent package contains a variety of options to make this easy, quick and efficient generating a downloadable report of all visitors.
Use a provided URL or integrate our registration form into your website with the simple copy and paste code provided and you can be up and running in minutes.
Customise the look of the form by uploading a header image and select the background and text colours.
Finally customise the registration questions from a list and/or add your own straight from the admin page and you are ready to go.
When a visitor clicks on the registration link they will see a form that looks just the way you want it to. Once completed they will get a confirmation email using the same customised header and, if required, a link to a self print individually barcoded pass which of course is based on your own image template.
All of this data goes straight into a database accessed from your password protected admin centre.
The data you are collecting can be used for marketing (before or after* the event) via the included email functionality or for scanning on arrival or at various points within an event.
* when you get a webevent package we leave it functional for 90 days after the event so that you can carry on mailing your database via our tools. Remember you can download the whole database as a csv file too so marketing and analysis can continue long after.

The standard webevent package includes one standard registration form ideal for events and conferences featuring a fully customisable form which allows a single registration per form and no limit on how many times somebody usesd a form.
If you wish to charge for admission we have 2 variations available for a small extra cost. Both use secure payment via PayPal - one of the world's most popular secure e-payment providers.
All payment is paid directly from the vistor to you via PayPal - all you need is a PayPal account - we don't handle any of your money.
payment single allows one 1 registration per form and a single price for all registrations and is customisable from the admin page. This also allows you to retain the standard form for those occasions when a visitor pays by phone or in person so that your admin staff can enter details while taking payment your usual way.
payment multiple allows multiple registrations on a single form and multiple price points
We also have a version on the way designed for choosing/allocating seating in a theatre/ cinema/ aditorium/ lecture-theatre which lets multiple people access at the same time and select their own seats.
